At Eclune, we take pride in the quality of our handmade jewelry and want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged)

Returns sent without prior email approval may not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange if the item is in stock.

  • Custom orders or engraved pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective)


📭 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
